The contest is open to all persons other than the employees of
Shringar Cinemas Ltd. subsidiaries and their families as well as those
companies & their subsidiaries sponsoring the contest. |

|
You may take part in this contest as many times as you like
provided you enter with the contest form.
|
|
|
The prizes will be delivered at addresses within India only. It
means that even if you are resident outside India, you have the option of
giving us an Indian address. The prizes will be sent through courier at that
address in case of your winning the contest. In the case of time based
contests, which include any events/screening of movies, it shall be
responsibility of the winners to collect the passes/prizes from the place and
within the time period mentioned on the respective contest page, by
appropriately identifying themselves. |

Mere participation in the contest does not entitle you to win a
prize. |
|
|
The decision of the Jury in this matter will be final and binding
and no correspondence will be entertained on the same. |

|
The winner will be intimated individually at the contact details
provided by him or her.

|
|
Prizes are neither transferable nor exchangeable. |
|
|
Participants must be agreeable to receiving information from the
sponsors on their e-mail / postal addresses. |

The Management of Shringar Cinemas Limited, & subsidiaries
reserve the right to cancel / postpone /stop this promotional activity at its
discretion.

All contests in the premises shall be governed by & construed
in accordance with the applicable laws in India. All matters with respect to
the contests are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Mumbai only. |

Taxes and levies on winnings may be imposed by Central, State and
Local government authorities from time to time and Contest winners are fully
responsible in this regard for the same. |

|
Your participation in the contests will be construed as an
acceptance of the above stated rules & regulations. |

In addition to these general terms & conditions, other
conditions specific to the contest may be imposed by the sponsors. Participants
are requested to refer to such terms and conditions which may be displayed
separately on the relevant contest page. |

eliminate information in the web sites or premises at any time, without
notifying customers or visitors. Shringar Cinemas Limited will in no event be
liable for any damages - indirect, special, incidental, or consequential
arising out of the use of, or payments based on, information contained in the
Shringar Cinemas Limited web sites or promotional material. |

feedback and other communications of any kind as well as submissions of work as

feedback and contest entries without limitations or obligation of any kind.

we collect and also reserves the right to publish, distribute, share summaries
of the data collected with sponsors or other business partners without
limitations or obligations of any kind.
